Professional Background

Since 2012, Dr Degazon has served in a senior regional leadership role with City & Guilds, providing commercial, operational, and technical leadership across education and skills markets in the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe. His work has covered leadership and management, transport, aviation, retail, hospitality, engineering, oil and gas, security, and public-sector skills development.

Before this, he spent 15 years at the Higher Colleges of Technology in the UAE as a senior educational manager, leading teacher professional development, quality assurance, educational technology, and community outreach across a federal vocational education system.
